呢排唔知點解好鍾意飲茶食點心!見黃竹坑開咗新商場、又有間新酒樓咪嚟一盅兩件囉酒樓裝修低調華麗感重,坐落幾舒服○Steamed Dumpling with Conpoy and Pork 原粒瑤柱灌湯餃°有餃子食又有湯飲、飲親茶都會叫呢個。湯幾清澈味甜有啲江瑤柱,味道okay唔太鹹,餃大隻皮唔過厚或太薄一篤就爛,內裡有蝦有豬肉餡,整體水準之內○BBQ Pork Puff with Abalone 原隻鮑魚叉燒酥°的的骰骰,酥皮好鬆放耐咗易散,叉燒餡甜甜哋少食多滋味,鮑魚仔較有嚼頭○Barbecue Pork Rice 黑豚叉燒飯°食叉燒必定係塗滿蜜汁、油亮亮半肥瘦至好味呢碟件件都係肥多瘦少,肥嘅部份帶點甘香撈埋佢啲蜜汁甜豉油,無乜事我都係扒多兩啖飯先○Deep-fried Egg Fritters with Honey Syrup 懷舊鬆化蛋散°貪得意嗌㗎、依家較少機會食到。係炸得幾鬆化但無乜味道,必定要點糖漿先得呀○Almond Cream with Egg White and Nostoc葛仙米西施杏仁茶°葛仙米口感就似一粒粒嘅海藻咁、腍腍哋爽爽彈彈好得意,加蛋白混入杏仁茶,都幾潤幾
