英國同事出差之旅就嚟結束,臨別前話想多謝我嘅熱情招待,要請我食返餐好,叫我搵定餐廳BOOK定位。大家都好鍾意食海鮮,而且Mr. Crab我想食好耐,加上知道佢出差可以任簽公司咭,咁我就唔客氣喇~ 有錢就係任性打的嚟到,wow~~ 好開心,平時都係搭車遠望,今次終於可以嚟食。上完樓梯就見到魚缸入面啲新鮮海鮮,正呀!魚缸入面啲水好清,食得絕對放心。裝修都幾特色,好似置身船艙咁。英國同事無酒不歡,我預先上網睇吓有冇酒飲,但食評又冇Wine List同酒精飲品List,所以訂位時都問左餐廳,confirm左有酒先訂位。嚟到原來好多飲品揀︰但原來凡事總有例外,同事話尋日落老蘭飲得太多酒,今日頭痛,食左藥,今晚飲Mocktail。Mocktail – 【Peach on the Beach】 $68  (Blended Peach, Ginger Ale, Lime Wedge, Mint Leave),同事話Nice~ Cool~  其實鬼佬一般乜都話Nice,不過咁配搭,裡面仲放咗一啲薄荷葉同青檸,應該係非常清新,幾好飲嘅。我自己就揀左SPECIAL Cocktail – 【Lava Flow

,同事話尋日落老蘭飲得太多酒,今日頭痛,食左藥,今晚飲Mocktail。

Mocktail – 【Peach on the Beach】 $68  (Blended Peach, Ginger Ale, Lime Wedge, Mint Leave),同事話Nice~ Cool~  其實鬼佬一般乜都話Nice,不過咁配搭,裡面仲放咗一啲薄荷葉同青檸,應該係非常清新,幾好飲嘅。

我自己就揀左SPECIAL Cocktail – 【Lava Flow】 $118,杯嘅形狀係復活島神像,飲管係顏色間條紙飲管,好特別,要佢幫我打燈影相
,連埋個背影靚啲。雖然有Rum、Malibu、Banana Liqueur三款酒,但因為有士多啤梨蓉、椰子奶、菠蘿汁同新鮮香蕉,再加上Malibu係椰子酒,Banana Liqueur係香蕉甜酒,都係甜酒,酒味唔濃,好易入口又香甜,啱晒女仔飲~~

先嚟新鮮生蠔熱身 $52/隻 (由十二點鐘方向順時針數, La Fleur Pour Carina X 2、Aigue Maine Imperiale X 2、Gillardeau X 2、Osta Amor X 2)

【La Fleur Pour Carina】花城童夢,好浪漫嘅名。鮮海水鹹味濃,甘甜回香要咀嚼才慢慢出來,甜度也相對濃,感覺鹹甜度Balance。
【Aigue Maine Imperiale】鹹甜都唔算好濃郁,不過肉質鮮爽。
【Gillardeau】一向都喜歡Gillardeau。厚肉,海水味比較上冇咁濃,所以甜味更早出嚟,甜度也比較濃。
【Osta Amor】最大隻,海水味都比較上沒那麼鹹,但甜度冇Gillardeau甜。
四款都食得出好鮮味。

意粉亦都加入左洋蔥、乾蔥,令味道更豐富。最重要係三文魚籽好鮮味,一咬開溫熱嘅鮮味就湧晒出嚟,有畫龍點睛之效。扁意大利粉Creamy又煙韌,熱力之下海膽係有少少溶咗,意粉黏滿溶咗嘅海膽,每啖都好正!

我哋叫左【珍寶蟹 Dungeness Crab】 1kg $685、【小龍蝦 】250g $188、【蜆 】300g $108。海鮮係已被煮熟嘅,上菜時店員先搖吓個海鮮袋,令啲醬汁分佈均勻。然後就打開海鮮袋,裡面熱騰騰嘅水蒸氣混雜住海鮮鮮味同醬汁嘅香味,好刺激食慾。醬汁我哋揀咗MR. CRAB新奧爾良卡疆(Cajun)醬汁,微辣,好惹味。

【珍寶蟹 Dungeness Crab】真係好大隻,可能由於新鮮,蟹殼不需要很費力就能剝開,我甚至都不需要使用工具。蟹肉多而且非常鮮甜,配上微辣嘅醬汁就再惹味啲。

【小龍蝦】小龍蝦之中佢地都算大隻,顏色係鮮橙色,感覺好新鮮。同蟹珍寶蟹一樣,啲肉好容易剝出嚟。
肉質爽甜,絕對唔係國內嘅坑渠龍蝦咁要用極濃或極辣嘅味道去掩蓋霉味。250g都有成大約7-8隻小龍蝦,價錢合理。
