To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚放工唔知道食咩，行住搵食，見到那間舖好似都幾多食，估計應該都唔會太難食，於是同某人行入去食咯。我的都好彩，啱啱有卡位⋯我照例食酸辣的大辣，加了通菜和豬軟骨。湯的味道OK，食的過，不過D豬軟骨就假D咯，我自己覺得個豬軟骨唔好味咯～某天轉了米粉食、我其實覺得幾奇離，酸辣米粉，聽住就驚驚D，不過佢話好味喔～通菜就同其他間冇分別，不過的腐乳汁有D甜甜的口感，都幾特別。有興趣的可以試下噶
