To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣愈來愈熱,放假開住冷氣瞓到好晏才起身,等到2點食過豐富的下午茶當正餐,在大家樂、美心和大快活之間作選擇,最終行過大快活入去買個我至愛的雞脾拼上海麵下午茶。價錢三十幾,相比起食茶餐廳真有點貴,但雞脾是我至愛食品。今天選了豉油雞脾,今天雞脾肉質很滑,不會過腍,有汁淡淡的咸香,不錯沒有讓我失望。而上海麵湯底有點淡,吃得出麻油味,但體味道頗單調,要加了些辣醬才吃完。就是幾分鐘下午茶快餐好快食完走人了。
