To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日小胖和朋友去長沙灣，午餐時經過呢間冰室就入去試下。佢食物的種類都幾多，有飯，意粉，麵，包，基本上多到選擇困難症會發作😂作為選擇困難症患者的小胖和友人最後叫咗佢的日式鰻魚炒飯和台式肉燥鹽酥雞球飯。佢飯的份量都頗多，加埋飲品都好飽，日式鰻魚炒飯的味道都唔錯，但鰻魚肉就少咗d 唔係太食到。台式肉燥鹽酥雞球飯就普通咗d, 唔可以話難食，但又唔算好味, 佢的肉燥味道唔係好台式，但唔差，佢肉燥的肥瘦比例偏瘦肉多，但小胖認為食台式肉燥就係想食佢帶有微微肥油的口感，唔可以全肥肉，因爲會好肥膩，但偏瘦的話又好似無咗台式肉燥的風味，呢個可能適合d 想食肉燥飯但又唔想食肥膩的人,佢的鹽酥雞球好大件，但唔係台式鹽酥。食物整體還可以，中等，不過坐位有d 逼，但如果午餐諗唔到有咩食，都可以一試。
