To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到社交網站廣告，Habitu同誠品書店推出聯乘Menu「文學在餐桌」，咁我就同一樣好鍾意睇書嘅侄仔專登約出去銅鑼灣食，點知非常失望。7點半左右，見到店內得返高檯，我年紀有返咁上下就緊係坐唔到，好彩店外仲有幾個位，係就係焗啲同叫店小工冇咁方便，但算啦，因為本身最想都係支持文學。我地叫左兩個套餐，只係主食唔一樣。個湯係雜菜湯，同普通快餐店的冇咩分別，只係用咗個咖啡杯黎裝叫做高級啲。沙律都係冇特別，都係菜呀芝士粉咁，應該係同文學冇特別關係。點知呢，呢個時候竟然上咗飲品……我同侄仔真係哭咗，好後悔冇專登提店小二等到甜品先上。我介紹侄仔加錢飲佢地果個特色招牌焦糖咖啡，佢覺得好飲嘅。我就要咗黑咖啡，味道都幾淡，好啱怕苦的人。主菜一：軟殼蟹蟹肉意大利燴飯唔知係咪本人食開cheap野，咬唔到蟹肉，果個軟殼蟹只係食到麵粉。本人都唔知咩係正宗意大利燴飯，我就當佢係硬少少嘅白粥咁食，都冇話唔得嘅。主菜二：茄子芝士蕃茄醬意大利手工貓耳粉啲醬好酸呀，好啱鍾意食酸味嘅朋友。食食下，侄仔頂唔順，醒起可以問店小二拎黑椒，店小二就比咗支唔係grind嘅黑椒粉，但食多兩啖，侄仔就話唔食喇，佢話撈埋sour cream，

唔知係咪本人食開cheap野，咬唔到蟹肉，果個軟殼蟹只係食到麵粉。本人都唔知咩係正宗意大利燴飯，我就當佢係硬少少嘅白粥咁食，都冇話唔得嘅。

主菜二：茄子芝士蕃茄醬意大利手工貓耳粉

啲醬好酸呀，好啱鍾意食酸味嘅朋友。食食下，侄仔頂唔順，醒起可以問店小二拎黑椒，店小二就比咗支唔係grind嘅黑椒粉，但食多兩啖，侄仔就話唔食喇，佢話撈埋sour cream，好似嘔吐物味道。因為本人好耐冇嘔過，已經忘記了嘔吐物味道，所以就可以食埋侄仔唔食嘅得意貓耳粉。

去到甜品，真係首尾呼應，又係用咖啡杯裝，甜品個名叫玫瑰士多啤梨芭菲。個雪糕球唔係雲呢拿味，係益力多味。呢個甜品係酸味多過甜味，因為士多啤梨片同藍莓都係非常酸，應該啱孕婦口味。侄仔就話玫瑰花瓣同塊葉阻住佢食野，我就叫佢唔好嫌三嫌四。

我見到侄仔黑晒面，話要去誠品睇書，於是好快就埋單啦！記得呀，誠品會員呢個餐單有八折，盛惠$389，但店小二話佢地同誠品唔同公司，所以冇得誠品會員儲分。

我同侄仔最失望的係，食完都唔知邊忽同文學有關，Menu冇解釋，侄仔催促我舉手問店員，我同侄仔解釋，唔好阻人做野！

最後提提大家，出面的檯都幾細，唔係好夠位放得晒啲碟，做客人要醒爬，幫下店小二，自己食完疊好杯碟，等店小工送食物黎時，方便店小二收走食完的杯碟，唔係佢地就放唔到新食物～～
