星期6既晚上同一班朋友出黎聚舊, 想搵個地方可以坐耐d, 所以選擇左食中菜~ 呢間酒樓唔係好大間, 因為我地早食既關係, 客人都未係好多, 所以唔會嘈, 空間感亦唔錯~呢度除左有傳統既中菜之外, 亦有d幾新穎既菜色, 我地都點左2個特別既fusion菜試下~ 當晚點左蟹子桂花炒海膽, 金湯大蝦球墨魚面, 七味豆腐, 鮮果拔絲黑豚肉同脆皮乳豬半隻~先上枱既係七味豆腐, 份量唔多, 適合做餐前小食, 豆腐外皮好薄微脆, 裡面既豆腐都好滑, 椒鹽味香, 不過豆腐味就比椒鹽味蓋過左~之後係脆皮乳豬半隻, 用紅紙抬底, 賣相亦排得好令, 見到成隻豬型, 乳豬皮燒得好香脆而且仲係暖既, 肉質肥瘦適中, 味道唔太咸, 點埋乳豬醬幾好食~Vi推介呢個鮮果拔絲黑豚肉, 係類似菠蘿咕嚕咕嚕肉既朋友, 但就用左蜜桃同士多啤梨黎做, 黑豚肉大大件亦啖啖肉, 肉質頗彈牙, 而個甜酸汁均勻咁掛o係黑豚肉上面, 呢個菜要趁熱食, 如果唔係個汁會變得好結, 而且Vi比較中意將d蜜桃同士多啤梨加埋入個黑豚肉一齊炒~另外我地仲叫左2款幾特別既菜色, 分別係蟹子桂花炒海膽同金湯大蝦球墨魚面~ 先講下金湯大蝦球墨魚面, o係

先上枱既係七味豆腐, 份量唔多, 適合做餐前小食, 豆腐外皮好薄微脆, 裡面既豆腐都好滑, 椒鹽味香, 不過豆腐味就比椒鹽味蓋過左~

另外我地仲叫左2款幾特別既菜色, 分別係蟹子桂花炒海膽同金湯大蝦球墨魚面~ 先講下金湯大蝦球墨魚面, o係酒樓好少會有墨魚面食, 呢個面用左南瓜汁, 食落甜甜地, 而蝦球真係好大隻而且爽口, 蝦球係不錯既但墨魚面就麻麻地, 有點粉之餘亦唔係好夾個南瓜汁~

另一個創新菜色蟹子桂花炒海膽亦好有創意, 但只有表面係海膽, 底下就有大量蟹子, 蛋絲, 芽菜等配料, 炒過既海膽Vi都係第一次試, 有點乾同實, 下面既配菜味道咸咸地, 比海膽好食, 用黎送飯應該ok~~

整體呢間酒樓既菜色幾新穎, 欣賞佢地既創意, 但Vi都係中意食呢度傳統既野食多d~
