To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 同事話人無夢想就好似一條咸魚，而他不願意做鹹魚，於是離開去追夢，如此有大志，我除了祝福就是一幫同事去請他去吃飯。指定的日本燒肉。燒五花腩，燒到好脆，肥瘦肥，最好的組合。燒這裡馳名的大豬腸，有些人不愛吃，我超級喜歡，因為唔吃唔知好唔好吃。豬腸燒得好脆。好好吃。最重要還是醃得好，入味。為了健康一點點，燒下菇類，很新鮮的菇。自己燒完加各種醬汁好好味道呢！特製的醬料很美味。德國腸無可否認的美味。牛肉上面放著醬去燒，要考技巧。燒得好就十分美味。食物還是挺好吃的，環境也不錯。基本也沒有甚麼好挑剔的，只是一班不會烤肉的人，難免會烤焦，所以有點浪費下次會選擇吃烤好的。
