To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還蠻有名的新加坡菜

今日食既呢間位於旺角的新加坡菜店, 好耐之前已經聽過佢個名當時仲hit到要排隊食檳城白咖哩海鮮麵滿滿的材料包括有魚蛋, 蜆, 豆卜, 蝦, 春卷等等, 白咖哩同平時一般吃既咖哩有少少不一樣, 呢個係比較甜一點, 因為店家加了一丟丟的辣醬, 所以有幾分辣既味道, 但未至於超級辣既感覺, 海鮮味亦都十足, 而且超級足料一定要飲的肉骨茶呢度既肉骨茶有超多唔同既料可以配搭, 而且最重要係可以無限任飲, 當然一個人都唔飲得幾多, 但係就可以keep住飲暖暖的湯, 味道很好, 點埋佢教既醬油調法, 整個味道都上升了一個層次
