首先,我要講下佢哋嘅神石榴酸橘汁醃海鮮。佢嘅上層係一層酸甜嘅啫喱,咁下面就係唔同口味嘅海鮮。裡面有油甘魚、北海道帶子同八爪魚,真係口感好豐富!再嚟就係香煎法國鵝肝,同埋日式醬油漬溏心蛋黃多士,仲有醋漬青提子同青蘋果蓉。鵝肝煎得香脆,配上溏心蛋黃多士同埋醋漬果仁,真係好岩打卡呀。青蘋果蓉嘅清新味道,令整個菜式更加平衡同和諧。唔可以唔提就係佢地嘅手打意大利粉~威尼斯鴨肉醬手打意大利粉同卡邦尼手打意大利粉啦!兩款手打意粉都好入味,醬汁同意大利粉互相融合,味道非常濃郁。威尼斯鴨肉醬嘅豐富口感同卡邦尼嘅濃郁奶油味道,都係一定要試嘅!我覺得鴨肉醬好食 D~ 最後就係油封黑線鱈魚。鱈魚嘅魚味都好濃郁,而且魚皮炸得香脆,魚肉滑溜~仲有青蘋果絲同埋墨西哥青醬,增加咗個清新嘅風味,好搭配鱈魚嘅濃郁魚油香
