To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經很久沒吃大家樂了,細個時候很喜歡到大家樂「据扒」及咬「焗豬扒飯」。今天深血來潮,很想去咬「焗豬扒飯」,好午飯就跑去買個「焗豬扒飯」番來咬!買左返來急不及待馬上吃。看下去好像不似用焗爐焗的「焗豬扒飯」,似做好一個「茄汁豬扒飯」放左錫紙上,算啦好咬便是了。材料都叫做豐富,咬下去個汁很香濃,但酸左D。飯有些(行)。好左汁多,還可以吃下去。豬扒就差了,用個义都可以輕鬆分手開,冇咬口,味道冇乜。只是靠個汁頂住。叫做好過冇。價錢算係錦$36,冇野飲!好彩冇叫野飲,如果吾係更谷氣!真係掛住以既「焗豬扒飯」,吾知邊度有呢!
