To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日又係長沙灣食午餐，大概未習慣正常上班時間，每天午餐都依然係無咩胃口的~ 是日又自己一個人走左去食麵~午餐時間都係無咩人，睇黎長沙灣既食肆係lunch hour好似唔係好滿咁，入到黎只有兩三檯客人咋~ 坐低仲可以望到師傅係度整麵，哈哈，佢係度不停郁，其實幾難令人唔望的。諗左好耐雖然無咩胃口，但又想食d濃味d既野 (真矛盾~~)，最後就叫左紅燒滷肉麵，仲跟餐要埋個油菜，懶係健康d咁 XD不過碗麵真係覺得幾好食，湯底幾香蝦籽味~ 而且麵條粗幼適中，食落煙韌彈牙，勁有口感~ 又唔覺得有鹼水味，唔錯喎~ 紅燒滷肉賣相雖然麻麻，但食落味道都唔差的，滷肉味道幾濃，肉質唔算好鬆化，但起碼瘦既部分唔會太韌，肥既部分亦唔係成啖油既感覺! 跟餐飲品 + 油菜唔駛講，埋單我都唔記得幾多錢，好似係 $26，不過佢個麵又真係幾好食的~ 有興趣可以一試呀 =)
