紅酒燴牛舌($168)說得上是這頓最滿意的一道,料想不到再訪仍是以肉類優勝。牛舌取最肥厚的部分,口感豐厚。以紅酒汁慢煮令牛舌稔嫩入味,肌理割切即斷,足顯牛舌的稔嫩程度。更欣賞的是那濃得化不開的牛香,一點也不覺騷膩。牛舌、汁醬同樣出色,若然有米飯佐吃便更完美了。

未嚐宫崎牛的滋味,基於好奇便點上這道A4宫崎黑毛和牛西冷扒($220)。雖未至A5的程度,但A4的油花分佈也相當不賴。宫崎牛帶濃郁的牛香,邊位連着香口的脂膏,不用蘸點醬汁味鹽已是美味。

主食是地雞牛蒡雜菇土鍋御飯($180),曽在旅遊節目中見過這種鄉土料理,賣相跟港式煲仔飯有幾分相像,但不會是用炭火烤出飯焦的一種。使用福岡產的珍珠米,肥大飽滿又有米香,稍嫌飯身軟稔濕潤了點。飯面鋪上地雞、牛蒡、雜菇,吃着有淡淡的甘甜。雞肉細嫩不膩,正是日本地雞的特色。

相知相交多年,我倆曾有過大大小小的夢想。追逐夢想,把夢想變為現實,卻感謂着現實的殘酷,也花了半生的光陰。回望成長、學習的艱苦,似乎是遙遠的往事了。

也許,我倆都沒有成為少時夢想中的「我」,卻還是努力地成長了。
此刻,該是無憾無悔了吧。
