To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #南記 嘅風味,似乎隨著時代改變而變得有啲不倫不類。當初以鮮味湯底、新鮮食材打贏對家嘅招式,似乎都因為香港人嘅口味改變不少。酸辣湯底、各樣那樣應運而生,不過那些年嘅感覺就搵唔番。或者只係我唔化啦😅 剛剛做完Facial嘅我又嚟到 #南記,以為有扣減$10嘅優惠,但係就只限於BoC Pay用者,等我仲固執到同收銀員話 #雲閃付 都可以啦... 咁當然係我錯啦🤣🤣講番啲食物,我明明要米線,但係廚房就出咗河粉俾我,為咗唔想浪費,我唯有硬食。不過呢... 唔知點解廚房咁孤寒,夾兩夾碗河粉啲湯底已經索哂,乾爭爭唔係太好食😅 不過用料都OK嘅,尤其係兩條春卷,食落都幾新鮮,不過啲牛腩就鞋咗啲... 加上坐係我對面嗰個放緊飯嘅員工係咁咳,我唯有快快手食埋面前嘅嘢就走人🤪

講番啲食物,我明明要米線,但係廚房就出咗河粉俾我,為咗唔想浪費,我唯有硬食。不過呢... 唔知點解廚房咁孤寒,夾兩夾碗河粉啲湯底已經索哂,乾爭爭唔係太好食😅 不過用料都OK嘅,尤其係兩條春卷,食落都幾新鮮,不過啲牛腩就鞋咗啲... 加上坐係我對面嗰個放緊飯嘅員工係咁咳,我唯有快快手食埋面前嘅嘢就走人🤪
