To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

那天再重聚

咁啱又嚟到土瓜灣搞開工程，就睇吓重口味有冇開，一去到見到落晒閘，非常失望🥲，但係望一望手錶，原來1145都未到，於是就兜多個圈，啱啱見到有人出嚟開閘，這次好似做了第一個食客。😇跟住入到去，發覺以前熟悉的姊妹花都唔見咗😂不過不理了，反正他最吸引的就是麻辣米線，而不是姊妹花麻辣米線的湯底真是世間難求，而家諗返起都流晒口水，辣味唔會一味死辣，🥶次次都要等成15至20分鐘，可能因為佢啲湯即刻儘管喺個小窩裏便翻滾，米線又要煮到啱啱好，嗰啲炸醬味道香濃，帶點鹹，但又不會太過辣；豬大腸是中式的肥腸，😃不會太過肥膩太多肥膏喺中間；腩肉夠薄片，即使有點脂肪，亦都不會顯得太肥膩。😆因為之後都唔會再有時間去土瓜灣，雖然最後一次嚟，不過始終因為明知道呢啲麵店嘅嘢飲都唔會特別出色，以往亦都成日試，🤐只不過又想解難先至勉強加唔知$7 $9去叫佢凍檸茶，反正味道唔好，不如家中自己弄了一杯茶帶出街解辣，節省金錢

麻辣米線的湯底真是世間難求，而家諗返起都流晒口水，辣味唔會一味死辣，🥶次次都要等成15至20分鐘，可能因為佢啲湯即刻儘管喺個小窩裏便翻滾，米線又要煮到啱啱好，嗰啲
