To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百分百下午茶佢個白汁芝士焗雞扒飯，真係好白汁，好芝士，好雞扒。下午茶時段有嘢飲都係38蚊，係一個好有誠意嘅焗飯。因為佢嘅芝士係可以撩起一絲絲咁樣嘅，而雞扒係有兩塊，個飯仲有啲醃料令到佢黃色同埋好似係炒飯底，好好食!另外我第二日又去食下午茶，佢有個墨西哥辣肉醬意粉。係menu到佢有個推介嘅公仔係側邊，於是我就忍唔住要試下。就咁睇個名真係以為平平無奇，但係食落就知道係一個驚喜，都係有啲芝士同埋肉醬喺側邊，都幾多肉醬，非常好味，辣又唔係話好辣，但係味道就好夾。依家喺黃埔嘅百分百新開咗冇幾耐，係我近期發現一間非常有質素嘅餐廳，價錢實惠，而且服務態度都非常好，侍應們係好有禮貌。雖然我都知道新開嘅舖頭開頭就好好，過咗幾年就另一個樣。但係能夠有幸嘗試到呢間餐廳，我已經好開心。因為係一間好有良心嘅食店，你唔覺得係幫緊人交租，亦都冇氣要你受嘅。
