To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日返工咁沉悶,都想搵返啲民間小食過下癮。今日黎左呢間又開新分店紅到不得了既東南亞餐廳食lunch 過下口癮。因為黎到發覺餐牌既食實在太吸引,可惜胃容量好有限,所以其實我係專登分開兩次黎食,試完先寫食評🤣🤣先講野飲,美祿恐龍:相信十個有八個黎得嘅都忍唔住會叫呢杯邪惡嘅飲品🤣確實又真係好好飲。本身美祿同奶都沖得好濃,加埋厚厚既美祿粉,真係想唔好飲都難🤣啖啖朱古力味~唯一係如果唔鍾意咁甜嘅人,可能就會嫌佢太甜。不過我自己好OK😂人哋都落到咁足料你仲怕咩肥🤪椰香咖央多士: 中意食咖央醬,偏甜口味同唔中意鮮牛油既朋友仔可以食呢個~咖央多士算係standard菜式黎,比出面食既麵包烤得算好脆。不過我個人都係比較推介另外一款😂如果你有quota又唔介意食鮮牛油的話,一定係食下面果款先夠過癮。海南鴛鴦燒麵包: 呢個多士我真係黎兩次都食足兩次😂實在太好食。麵包啡色係因為係焦糖麵包,聽聞係每日空運到港的。而且麵包係烤到勁脆,脆到分唔出邊度係麵包皮同麵包肉,果然加左焦糖既麵包烤出黎係特別啲。另外呢款多士咖央醬相對冇咁多,所以會冇咁甜,但佢就多左塊厚鮮油。而味道有幾好食就真係唔洗講😂又脆又香,濃濃既脂肪味同

椰香咖央多士: 中意食咖央醬,偏甜口味同唔中意鮮牛油既朋友仔可以食呢個~咖央多士算係standard菜式黎,比出面食既麵包烤得算好脆。不過我個人都係比較推介另外一款😂如果你有quota又唔介意食鮮牛油的話,一定係食下面果款先夠過癮。

海南鴛鴦燒麵包: 呢個多士我真係黎兩次都食足兩次😂實在太好食。麵包啡色係因為係焦糖麵包,聽聞係每日空運到港的。而且麵包係烤到勁脆,脆到分唔出邊度係麵包皮同麵包肉,果然加左焦糖既麵包烤出黎係特別啲。另外呢款多士咖央醬相對冇咁多,所以會冇咁甜,但佢就多左塊厚鮮油。而味道有幾好食就真係唔洗講😂又脆又香,濃濃既脂肪味同咖央醬既甜味溝埋,食每一啖都係天堂~真係要放低手機食,好好感受呢個味道😍🤩呢個真係絕對次次黎都要食!

魚仔蘿蔔糕: 蘿蔔糕份量都唔少,而且煎出黎超級熱,所以食既時候要小心燙親。蘿蔔糕本身都好幼滑同淋身,出面煎到有少少焦脆。但重點係個魚仔醬好香。味道有啲似XO醬,但咸香味更加出,而且都有啲辣。呢道小食真係好有東南亞feel,夠哂exotic同惹味,不過都有啲咸,中意重口味既人士一定要叫!

怡保雞絲湯貴叼: 呢個雞湯貴叼真係建議大家唔使試。因為真係超級淡口味😂雖然雞絲都幾彈牙,但係湯底真係好清。雖然係有特別嘅清湯味,不過個feel真係好似病人餐咁😂黎得食東南亞菜就唔好食嘅個🥲

檳城福建蝦麵: 身為一個鍾意蝦膏湯底嘅人士,點可以唔試呢個油面! 果然冇令我失望,蝦湯味非常之香濃,有少許辣味,夾埋油麵食超級正。上面仲有半隻蛋一隻蝦同埋兩塊魚片,兩塊豬腩肉,加埋芽菜同通菜,同埋炸蒜頭,香到不得了!呢個麵值得encore!

招牌砂煲老鼠粉: 呢個粉其實係豉油王銀針粉,上面有肉鬆,銀魚仔,蛋,炸蒜等等。可以揀生蛋或者熟蛋。上菜既時候超級熱辣辣,出哂煙。味道方面就中規中矩,食唔出特別香or惹味。不過勝在份量夠大份,兩個人食勁飽。

總括而言蘇媽整體食物質數都唔錯,冇中伏但又唔係道道菜都好驚艷。裝修好復古懷舊,坐得唔算超逼,上菜都幾快。雖然冇一食哂野就俾佢收碟趕走,不過呢啲餐廳仔都唔係適合久坐。價錢方面都係大概100鬆啲一位,對我黎講係屬於回頭率都係高既餐。希望佢會開多幾間分店!
