To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於屯門市中心的這間「牛奶冰室」是一間懷舊港式茶餐廳,瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵、咸牛肉滑蛋三文治、經典菠籮油、祕製蔥油豬扒飯…選擇多,價錢合理偶然喺臉書見到朋友post一張菠蘿包嘅照片非常吸引,搞到為食妹要即刻嚟試吓爆漿拉絲菠蘿包包面香脆趁熱切開後更可見到流心+拉絲芝士,芝士味不算濃,但口感幾特別下午茶黑椒牛肉炒意粉份量適中,呢個港式茶記炒意粉一d都唔頹,牛肉預先醃好,配搭洋蔥絲和椰菜絲,鑊氣十足,味道唔錯餐飲檸茶貼心位已預先拮好檸檬,不過冇乜茶味,奶茶都一樣,茶膽系敗筆之處,有少少失望

趁熱切開後更可見到流心+拉絲芝士,
芝士味不算濃,但口感幾特別


下午茶黑椒牛肉炒意粉份量適中,
呢個港式茶記炒意粉一d都唔頹,
牛肉預先醃好,
配搭洋蔥絲和椰菜絲,
鑊氣十足,味道唔錯


餐飲檸茶貼心位已預先拮好檸檬,
不過冇乜茶味,
奶茶都一樣,
茶膽系敗筆之處,
有少少失望
