To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末朋友提議去中山紀念公園消閒，去之前想食個下午茶，就帶左我去試呢間以邪惡流沙西多聞名既周記啦未過馬路前已從遠處見到有一堆人係門口等位，好在我地得兩個人唔洗特好耐大概15分鐘就試到啦第一樣係xo醬炒腸粉，xo醬香味撲鼻，而且火喉十足但又不會令腸粉過分乾身第二樣試既係奶黃流沙西多士，西多士一切開真係見到熱辣辣既奶黃流沙流出黎，將西多切開一格格後點返流出黎既奶黃真係令人停唔到口！最後仲試左芝麻蝦多士，外層既芝麻煎過好香，而內裡既蝦肉塞滿整個多士，所以咬落口感令人覺得好滿足
