To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日朋友去開元朗行街，經過見到呢一間好有泰式風味嘅泰國菜，俾佢外表吸引咗入嚟食下🇹🇭我哋叫咗馬拉盞炒通菜、一式六條嘅串燒拼盤 、食泰國菜一定要叫嘅炒金邊粉、幾特別嘅蟹肉花膠羹，串燒拼盤夠晒熱辣辣🍢，而另外要特別講嘅係金邊粉，金邊粉嘅質地超級彈牙，而且味道又唔會太spicy ，仲要勁大跌我同朋友一齊食都食唔晒，真係性價比好高👍🏻去到最尾雖然飽飽地，但係都叫咗個正宗芒果糯米飯做結尾，個芒果勁大個勁新鮮，食落去超甜，連埋椰漿糯米飯一齊食簡直係無敵啊🤣下次會想試吓佢嘅法式麵包蟹🦀，職員好好人話呢個好多人叫一定要食下：）
