To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到聚來車仔麵，衝住佢嘅爆漿阿華田西多士嚟食！因為見到網上面有好多好澎湃嘅相，超級吸引邪惡，所以今日就專誠拜訪😍呢度除咗西多士之外，仲有好多車仔麵選擇揀！我今次就叫咗三餸車仔麵，揀咗豬紅蘿蔔同埋豬頸肉油面咖喱汁！佢嘅送質素都唔錯，特別豬頸肉香，而且個蘿蔔好鮮甜，豬紅都好入味！😋而另外仲嗌咗個煎餃子套餐，呢個非常之有驚喜，我叫咗兩款餃子：椰菜雲耳豬肉同埋芝士粟米！兩款都煎得好香口，特別喜歡芝士粟米，芝士味都好香，而且係半融嘅狀態，口感非常之好好好食！最後當然即係重頭戲爆漿阿華田西多士，店員話有兩個口味可以選擇一個就係花生一個就係榛子醬，感覺阿華田同榛子醬好似比較夾，所以我就叫咗榛子醬味啦。上到枱見到已經好吸引，像就非常之澎湃，一切開就用晒出嚟。而且多士煎得好香口，配埋阿華田同榛子呢一個一定唔會輸嘅組合，非常之邪惡，但忍唔住又一啖啖咁食！🤩
