之前呢隻吉列牛一推出就見到好多人post IG,本來都覺得只係gimmick 野,但見幾多好評所以都辜且一試!兩人叫左一份吉列牛餐、一碗忌廉咖哩烏冬同一份蟹膏飯團,由於新店只收現金,我地岩開始就住就住,用身上所有cash計清楚make sure有錢埋單,好彩最後都夠飽!吉列牛牛餐:有一份牛(10塊)、味噌湯、前菜/腌菜,一碗飯,份量唔多但因為吉列牛好多油(炸完的確太多油,可能係油溫太高想做到外脆內生?)食食下都幾滯;不過好處係可以DIY「玩」舊牛肉,啊唔係,係煮舊牛肉,想幾成熟可以自己煎自己控制;牛肉幾嫩,大概燒到兩面變色我就覺得剛剛好;聽住d肉係石板上「sizzling」亦都係呢個吉列牛好玩之處!另外一大邪惡招牌菜就係「忌廉咖哩烏冬」,岩開始見到一大碗cream 真係下出黎(仲有我唔食既生蔥⋯)但撈落底原來好多咖哩汁!日式果種!忌廉食落有少少蒜味同薯仔味,可能加埋落去打cream所以滑得黎又match d咖哩;烏冬係qq彈彈的,吸晒d咖哩變晒色了!係非常heavy但令人一口接一口既邪惡烏冬!不過美中不足的是,入面既蔬菜煮得太耐,已經爛晒,雖入味但口感打左個大折扣。最後要講既呢個蟹膏飯

最後要講既呢個蟹膏飯團,都係「滯」既選擇!蟹膏味道好濃,仲有少少蟹柳肉係上面,飯粒粒飽滿岩晒我呢d飯桶
不過席間我無聊好奇之心上google一search,原來係用左韓國現成既蟹膏醬!香港某online store賣緊50大元一罐咋!而呢個好似係78定88一份⋯ 唔緊要,起碼因爲食左呢間野先認識到咁方便好味既蟹膏醬,又學新到野啦~

Overall 性價比係銅鑼灣黎講都算唔錯,埋單計番都係每人$150左右。希望店鋪快d整番部碌卡機方便客人啦。

PS*油煙味較重,唔好著冷衫去⋯
