前菜係海帶芽,原來係海帶最嫩的部份,好爽口。習慣性去居酒屋也會要梅酒,呢度House梅酒($68/杯),味道不俗!好少可以食到牛腸鍋,今晚居然俾我係旺角居酒屋食到,牛腸好肥美、好邪惡!😋😋這個渣滓牛腸鍋($128),湯底仲可以繼續用嚟打邊爐,我哋就要咗2碟鹿兒島A4黑毛和牛100g ($138/碟)和一碟南國元氣鷄肉100g ($98/碟)。一人一碟和牛,唔駛爭,每碟有3大薄片,只需幾妙,就變成嫩滑和牛!而一碟鷄肉,就有五大塊,啲鷄肉煮幾耐都唔「嚡」。串燒就試咗1️⃣燒和牛舌($48)、2️⃣燒鷄翼 ($28)和3️⃣燒鷄棒 ($22)。燒魚就食咗銀鱈魚西京燒($128),幾款都不錯。最後就試咗一人前石板燒 - 日本A4和牛100g($188),店員在面前用非常熟練手勢,將和牛燒得恰到好處,吃時在和牛灑上一點岩鹽,更能提升和牛肉味!
