近排食咗好多火鍋燒烤,食開上癮,老公話公司抽獎贏了錢,今日又去咗呢度重點食薩摩牛燒烤嘅餐廳。選擇了一個自慢燒肉10種盛合,總共有十款唔同的款式慢慢燒,啱哂老公心水。入座之後,我哋就係開始按餐廳教學自製醃肉醬料,先將芝麻磨成粉,再將蘋果磨成蓉,以上再加入蔥花薑蓉同醬汁,過程都幾得意。總體而言,d牛肉油花好香,燒完之後d脂肪溶化,食落好有牛味。來自日本的薩摩牛,牛肉零舍嫩滑,油香豐富。食落真係唔同的,最喜歡薩摩牛腰脊芯,厚身、牛肉味香又多油花,正。一個價錢食勻唔同部位嘅牛肉,各有不同,口感性價比高。除咗主菜外,點多了2款燒物小食同壽司,價錢都超值,燒粟米粒同燒海鮮菇好香,分別配搭了牛油香草及牛油蒜蓉,幾好味。鮭魚腩壽司同帆立貝壽司都好新鮮。

總體而言,d牛肉油花好香,燒完之後d脂肪溶化,食落好有牛味。來自日本的薩摩牛,牛肉零舍嫩滑,油香豐富。食落真係唔同的,最喜歡薩摩牛腰脊芯,厚身、牛肉味香又多油花,正。一個價錢食勻唔同部位嘅牛肉,各有不同,口感性價比高。
