To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為排唔到壽司廊,所以就試吓元氣壽司🍣唔係好多人排隊,大概夜晚7:30等15分鐘就有位入。當然佢啲壽司比 壽司廊貴好多,平均要成$17至$20一碟,有時一碟兩件,有時一疊一見,睇邊一款壽司。最鍾意食帆立貝,所以叫咗帆立貝壽司,赤燒帆立貝,要成$17 1 件壽司。佢啲帆立貝係有口肉,夠厚,鮮甜嘅。喺其他壽司舖未必食到呢個質素……可能我哋已經係晚上7:30至8:00先嗌嘢食,好多特色壽司已經冇晒。例如$48 - 3件特色吞拿魚- 售罄其他抵食嘅壽司- 售罄 章魚燒- 真係即叫即整,入邊係熱辣辣,而章魚燒個皮都整得幾脆,所以幾好味😋兩個人平均食咗七粒壽司,加啲小食,就飽了。總結: 平均每人$170就已經食到好飽,性價比都算高
