Restaurant: Amazing

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

200蚊位,另外加一,其實都唔應該抱太大期望,但有以下嘅要點畀大家參考一下:1)menu話係虎蝦,但只係普通嘅蝦。2)大部份嘅板燒食物都冇咩味道,或係同一隻味,亦無醬汁跟。某啲食物重燒燶左少少。3)個pad thai係全晚最難食嘅嘢,建議唔好叫以免浪費。4)蝦餅唔好期望係坊間漲卜卜手打果隻,似係機整,扁平平嘅,唔彈牙冇肉汁。5)個放題唔包餐飲,只有杯香茅菜做welcome drink同白開水。6)芒果糯米飯連新鮮芒果都冇,個人覺得不如唔好提供。7)餐廳人手似乎唔夠,但睇得出服務員已經好努力同加快手腳。要推介嘅話,個人覺得以下嘅食物ok:1)泰式活蝦刺身:回本之選,同出面食到嘅無分別,都新鮮爽口,挑清蝦腸,只係無苦瓜配搭。2)蝦春卷:夠脆口,餡料蝦肉充足。3)釀蟹蓋:細細隻,但釀滿蟹肉同蝦肉,面頭芝士都充足。4)蒜蓉飽:香脆,裡便鬆軟,正常發揮。5)羊仔鞍:好大件好厚,燒得啱啱好,約8成熟,唔羶,但冇汁點,可以問侍應要薄荷醬。6)布甸杯:尚算香滑,有奶味。總括而言,真係想食泰國菜嘅,都係正正經經搵間餐廳散叫啦。
