To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴晚我提前慶祝生日，因為有買一送一優惠，于是提前book位來試下，首先講下環境同服務，雖然唔算話非常靚既海景，但系都算比較清靜同優雅，加上不時有人唱歌，感覺都幾好，而服務就簡直一流啦，因為我生日，所以仲免費獲贈紅酒兩杯～～講講個餐包，真系由傳說中甘香脆囖～～而且附有醬汁，供你選擇，其他餐廳就系比你牛油架咋！！我選擇左海鮮三重奏，湯就系蟹肉魚翅忌廉湯，主菜系青咖喱大蝦配法包同油酥餅～法包同油酥餅都超正囖·～但系個蝦相對就失色小小，唔系好好食啦·～甜品我的upgrade成朱古力火鍋，可能系我大色左，我覺得如果甜品唔系呢個～·可能我唔飽～～·整體來講，我覺得有呢個環境，呢個服務，再加埋呢個coupon！買一送一～簡直就抵到爛啦·～真系值得推薦。
