To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有睇開我食評都知我鍾意去慈雲山嗰間元氣, 水準穩定, 食物新鮮 , 連紫菜都脆過人 , 但今日我嚟試淘大呢間元氣, 一嚟唔想特登上慈雲山, 二嚟都畀啲機會發掘下其他分店嘅好處。來到等咗一陣就有位喇, 服務態度冇乜特別, 不過啲 侍應好似唔多夠咁 要自己行出去拎碟, 你問佢有冇點餐紙嘅時候佢就話呢度用電話點㗎喎。 叫嘅嘢食同以往都差不多 , 一樣係有軍艦, 亦有蒸蛋。唔知係所有元氣嘅蒸蛋蓋都換曬膠蓋呀? 定係只有呢一間玩曬, 但方便開左好多, 唔會熱親手。而個蛋同其他分店一樣好食。軍艦都可以,但啲紙菜有啲林林地其餘食物都可以既, 起馬唔會太薄。呢兩碟野我無食,但都精神既。軟殼蟹手卷,個蟹身唔脆,一般般總體可以既, 但都仲可以有改善位而後尾加呢啲就一般, 啲要炸要煮既野就渣啲

唔知係所有元氣嘅蒸蛋蓋都換曬膠蓋呀? 定係只有呢一間玩曬, 但方便開左好多, 唔會熱親手。
