Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又再出街食野，不過今日夜左，出街買野食個陣，已經差不多十點。望多兩望，見到間大家食，好似未幫襯過，不如試試原來想食飯，不過大家食好似出名係麵，所以都係叫左碗麵。我揀左個叫八聚會Ａ既麵，應該係有８種餸係入面，詳情我唔記得，另外要左手攪麵，聽講係最出名。同埋要清湯我叫左外賣，要另外加２蚊，拎到返屋企（約１０分鍾路程），都仲熱既。食落手攪麵有Ｄ似幼Ｄ既鳥冬，粗Ｄ既米線咁，都係好味既。Ｄ餸就無咩特別，有火腿，雲耳咁，都合格既。不過唔知點解，明明叫左清湯，但有Ｄ酸味，我估可能係廚師個舀，整過Ｄ醋既野？　還是清湯係有酸味？我都唔清楚了。總體黎講，都合格，$39
