Nutmad 由舊舖搬左新舖都一段時間,終於有機會幫襯啦地方比起以前大左好多,無以前等咁耐位就好快入到,枱、櫈、枱上既駱駝牌水壺都帶點懷舊風,廚房繼續以開方式設計,但油煙方面改善左好多慢煮西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬我平時唔太鍾意食豬扒,因為好多都煮得好榎同有陣豬膻味,但呢個豬鞍顛覆咗我平時既諗法,肉質嫩滑帶微微粉紅,個醬汁甜甜地仲帶有咖啡既味道,真係好出色煙燻豬豬3卡邦尼呢度既signature dish, 有別於平時好creamy既卡邦尼,呢個係乾身版,最愛佢既豬肉乾,仲有面層既芝士脆片,份量都幾大碟,味道都仲keep到水準,略嫌唔太夠熱White coffee有著濃郁既nutty味道,拉花好對稱同線條好清晰,飲到底個拉花仲係完整無缺,奶泡打得好好經典法式多士麵包吸收左大量蛋汁,成件多士充滿蛋香又鬆軟,配埋雪糕&生果一齊係不錯的,不過食到最尾真係幾滯,下次可以叫個1/2法式多士就會岩岩好環境比舊舖好左好多,食物質素我覺得無谷友講到咁差咁退步,始終舖頭大左係難d保持水準,Nutmad 依然係我其中一間覺得好出色既cafe☺️
