To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係上星期日四月二十四日去食既，我同我男朋友都係第一次去呢間野，八點幾去到，唔洗等就有位，去左D房。個日因為假期無套餐，所以我地就散叫野食︰海鮮炒飯(細)︰味道幾好，幾多海鮮，份量都唔少。雜錦壽司(八件)︰壽司好大件，特別係三文魚同鰻魚。雜菜天婦羅︰份量好似少左D，得七件，好似唔多夠。炸雞軟骨︰好好味，好吸引，好香脆。加太賀沙律︰份量好多，味道好新鮮，如果加埋雜果仲正。雪糕糯米滋︰荔枝味總括黎講，都幾滿意呀！環境唔錯，食物都唔錯，下次應該會再去，試試其他野呀！
