To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午我們去咗灣仔克街嘅「靠得住粥麵小館」食下午茶！我們叫咗心肝寶貝、招牌雲吞麵、和味豬手撈麵、雜菜炒麵、靠得住鹹肉粽同蜜餞水晶蓮蓉粽！心肝寶貝嘅粥底煲得好綿，味道好鮮甜，材料亦好豐富，有鮮帶子三隻，而且都幾大隻，黃沙豬膶好爽口軟滑！招牌雲吞麵嘅雲吞皮都幾薄身，蝦肉都幾彈牙，麵質相當爽口彈牙！和味豬手撈麵嘅豬手炆得好腍好入味，豬皮好爽滑彈牙，唔會有好油膩嘅感覺！雜菜炒麵嘅味道比較淡，而且麵質比較腍身，唔係好彈牙！靠得住鹹肉粽嘅糯米好煙煙韌韌，而且肥豬肉同鹹蛋黃嘅香味滲入糯米入面，味道相當惹味！蜜餞水晶蓮蓉粽嘅糯米質感比較水同腍身，蓮蓉亦唔係好香，整體嘅味道比較淡，鹹肉粽比較好！
