To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都是專心做菠蘿包

金華出名菠蘿油，本人亦相當受落，最喜歡豬油味的菠蘿包，脆口，再加上一片冰冰的牛油，人間一絕美食。今天早上經過，不吃太油膩，吃個早餐，選了B和F餐。當然要點奶茶，一個茶走，一個正常，其實兩杯都很滑，但太多奶，失茶味，飲完有輕微茶葉「喼」味，還有點「鞋口」，水準大不如前。沒有方包配，有煎蛋、香腸、火腿，一早做好幾份，因此煎蛋是冷的，唯一可取是蛋黃半熟流心。只是看圖也知道叉燒太瘦又干，好像「隔夜」，味又不夠湯只是煮麵熱水，什麼都沒有。沙嗲牛肉麵只有牛肉上有小許沙嗲汁，超級市場的比這個還有味，牛肉當然牛肉味不足，太淋沒有口感。公仔麵不太淋，爽口，但油味重。整體...沒有下次早餐，質素很差，除了麵包，其他都不入流。
