To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過去六,七年來小妹都是譚仔三哥的粉絲, 以前愛吃瘋狂的程度可以一星期吃兩次,但發覺近這兩年越來越少幫襯, 問吓自己"點解嘅?",之後再細味每道菜的味道,原來都是過份的鹹, 鹹得都蓋過了食物本身的味道了....希望他們可以藉此檢討及改善含納的份量, 不要糟蹋辛苦經營的獨特味道, 如果只是因為鹽而打爛自己的招牌有多可惜呢!! 衷心的意見:小妹還是想繼續吃到譚仔三哥的味道(而不是鹽的味道), 繼續當譚仔三哥的粉絲, 希望他們不要只顧商業,放棄品質。
