To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一星期前，洋洋耍耍的寫了千文，再加逢星期二要交的數千字功課在不知就裡的情況下不見了，這篇是事後重灌之文。話明是「重灌」，味道多多少少打了折扣，黃沙潤拼魚卜粥，杰身開花的粥底依舊的甜美，只是欠缺了黃沙潤應有的黃油，入口亦沒有柔潤的感覺，變成一味過火的白灼厚切豬潤。而雙拼的魚卜，皮層膠質與內裡的彈性組織抽離得緊，吃不到膠質黏著富彈性組織產生的雙重口感，不算差，但與和味生滾粥的一比之下，自然不會留下深刻回憶。
