To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎食之前專登睇下呢度既食評, 大部份都話唔錯, 食完後其實都係不外如是... 黃金炒飯 - 炒得夠乾身~ 小籠包 - 皮夠薄~ 煙燻蛋 - 每半隻蛋上面都加左唔知係咪少少黑松露上去 (因為無味既), 外觀係靚, 但咪又係糖心蛋咁... 蒜泥白肉 - 白肉包住青瓜, 口感都OK, 都惹味~ 蟹粉炒豆苗 - 係佢既蟹粉系列, 因為都成$128個, 所以足蟹粉! 高力豆沙 - 入面除左少量豆沙, 仲有一片香蕉, 唔算甜, 個皮都夠軟身~總括黎講, 味道唔差, 但真係無乜特別... 而且d野根本唔夠熱!
