To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時多數嚟食佢嘅午餐，今日早咗就第一次試吓佢哋嘅早餐，早餐$33起係荔枝角，應該唔係最平，不過係合理價⋯我叫咗雪菜肉絲米粉，湯真係有D淡，最緊要係唔熱，呢個真係扣分；米粉亦都有小小煮得唔太熟，但如果好鐘意有趙口，可能會喜歡，不過就唔係我杯茶，雪菜好凍，應該都係因為煮得唔夠所致⋯唯一可取反而係件多士，因為感覺到有熱力，檸檬茶都唔差，好有茶味⋯ #荔枝角 #奇華小廚
