2月某天。嚟咗幾日食。海蜇燻蹄 $38 ♥️♥️♥️♥️感覺上食燻蹄會比較heavy,跟嗰甜甜哋既醋食,先無咁易滯。排骨蒸陳村粉 $28.8 ♥️♥️♥️份量好足,特別係啲粉。因為我口無落豉油,而排骨的醬汁不多,所以啲粉味道就好plain。時菜鯪魚球 $18.8 ♥️♥️♥️+非常新鮮彈牙,但墊底既係腐竹唔係菜。釀虎皮椒 $26.8 ♥️♥️♥️♥️呢個無得輸,因為鯪魚肉新鮮又彈牙,煎釀得十分香口。椒,不辣。紅油抽手 $24.8 ♥️♥️♥️以為會辣,點知無乜,餃皮爽彈到位,但餡料實的的,可以理解為用足料,但口感一般。蘿蔔千絲酥 $28.8 ♥️♥️♥️♥️香口酥鬆脆,最緊要係夠熱,外皮夠酥鬆。豆苗鮮蝦餃 $22.8 ♥️♥️♥️+大大隻熱辣辣,餡料足但唔均勻,有的蝦同豆苗都幾平均,但有啲好少蝦。不過這種又黏又糯嘅餃皮,我就麻麻地。百花釀魚肚 $30.8 ♥️♥️♥️♥️蝦膠鮮,魚肚貨真價實,最重要係熱辣辣,香鮮美味。招牌小籠包 $18.8 ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️呢個大愛。😍皮薄餡靚湯汁多又鮮,最重要係熱辣辣之餘唔易穿,所以比滿分。😁香芒布甸 $18 ♥️♥️♥️唔係我想要既。質感更似大菜糕,味道呢OK既。另需加一及茶💲
