To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做完facial周圍搵野食，記得係openrice見過小下天既食評都唔錯，就去試下。2點幾去到，下午茶叫野食就有冷熱飲品送，叫了紅薯粉，加多3個料，符竹、豆卜同大腸。$5一個餸其實都幾貴，因為份量好小。不過個粉同湯底都ok，d服務都唔錯，我見d waitress都好照顧d老人家。食左$37，係中環算係咁喇，下次唔好叫咁多餸感覺上就會平d不過要留意，收錢既時候個老闆想收埋我飲品錢，要我提佢係免費先唔收
