To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就係咁，一個悠閒嘅下午，我行過一家樸素無華嘅小食店。店鋪細細嘅，但係香味從裡面飄出，好似呼喚緊我咁。🍲 入面坐滿咗街坊，大家邊食邊嗑下計，畀我感覺好有人情味。我就忍唔住揀咗份經典嘅炸醬麵同埋一客皮蛋豆腐。啱啱嗌到嘅炸醬麵，呢個實在係得意得嚟又醒胃。麵條滑溜溜嘅，炸醬香濃得嚟一啲都唔膩口。一兜炸醬落去，每啖都有滿口嘅肉粒同豆干，絕妙嘅口感真係叫人回味無窮！至於皮蛋豆腐，鮮滑嘅豆腐襯托住皮蛋嘅鹹香，清新嘅蔥花灑面，其實係相得益彰，鹹香討好。面頭脆卜卜嘅蔥油餅更加喺一邊伴奏，輕咬一口已經覺得心滿意足！😌總之，呢次食嘢經驗簡單平實，但滋味一啲都唔平庸。有時候，最家常嘅美食就係最觸動人心嘅，有機會一定會再嚟，下次要試埋其他嘅小食啦！🥢👅
