呢日行山,由烏蛟騰出發—》三亞村—》荔枝窩,得知這間店的家鄉菜不錯,但只在假日營業及需要預訂。幸好當天經過時有旅行團預訂了故有營業,我才可以大飽口福!沙頭角走地黃油雞($100/半隻)個名雖說是走地,但店員說現在沒有了,都是從外面購入的,但雞肉都很滑!炸豆腐店員說這度菜是今天才有,餐牌裡沒有的,既然有緣,當然要試試!果然無叫錯,豆腐炸得外脆內軟滑,無論係點佢呢度嘅自家製辣醬或是附上嘅咸咸地嘅醬汁,都係咁正!椒鹽鮮魷($95)魷魚新鮮,粉槳炸得又薄又脆,味道唔會太鹹,調得啱啱好,真係好食到唔停得口! 蒜蓉炒生菜($45)看似無特別,但其實係這店自家種的,故非常新鮮,又清甜!唔記得咩魚添,時價,即場喺魚缸度揀,即蒸,新鮮到呢,連我平時唔多食魚都覺得好食!豉油皇炒麵($50)麵炒得夠乾身得來又唔油,正~自家製豆腐花($10)又香又滑,連彊水都係自家製,真係無得頂!
