最近去咗旺角朗豪坊依間「Suage」食晚飯,依度嘅湯咖喱不論係主菜、主食、湯底、辣度,定還是配菜都有好多選擇。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。青魴斑蕃茄海老湯咖喱烏冬配芝士片、小辣5 (單點$124),青魴斑肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜,烏冬口感滑溜,容易掛湯,配以熱熔車打芝士食用,味道鹹香,番茄海老湯底,味道酸甜、帶有鮮味。炙燒豚角煮湯咖喱烏冬配椰子湯底、茄子2件、大辣 7 (單點$104),豚角油脂部份食落入口即化,食落帶有焦香味道,茄子食落好Juicy,配料包括有溏心蛋、南瓜、茄子、蓮藕、節瓜、西蘭花、苦菊,椰子湯底味道清甜。北海道薯蓉芝士年糕(單點$28),口感外香脆內煙韌,芝士味道鹹香,配以辣味千島醬食用,味道更佳,略嫌食唔到有薯蓉餡料。士多啤梨抹茶奶(單點$38),抹茶味道濃香,奶味醇厚,配以士多啤梨果醬飲用,飲落好清新。朱古力Suage乳酪特飲(單點$38),表面鋪有朱古力醬,口感濃稠,略嫌朱古力味道偏淡,而且朱古力與乳酸味道上嘅融合帶有違和感。
