朋友介紹黎試下,叫左黃酒雞(半隻),雞煲都OK,雖然一開頭湯底同黃酒味比較淡,不過食左陣收乾少少水後都食得出黃洒甜味。但配料相當唔得,牛肉片同豬肉片唔知用蘇打粉定乜鬼醃到過哂頭,兩樣除左顏色唔同之外,口感都係滑同爽而完全冇肉味,如果瞇埋眼食真係分唔到乜肉。水魷魚又係完全冇味,好似食膠咁。反而叫豆卜粉麵果D仲好,都叫吸到d湯底。另外係唔俾茶水,有d逼人叫野飲既感覺。總括黎講亦唔算平,再去機會應該就唔大。
