To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日響呢頭收工, 諗住食完飯先返屋企, 見天氣涼左不如一人邊爐, 所以走左去附近既美心, 因為夠平.要左"雜錦豚肉鍋"配濃湯($55)+22oz凍檸七($6)火錮個爐好細, 而且又無蓋, 湯又少, 所以等左好耐先滾起. 鍋入面本身有冬菇, 豆腐, 金菇, 獅子狗, 肉丸, 芝士丸, 魚餅, 南瓜, 蔬菜等等. 雜錦原來就係幾種丸, 口感麻麻.豚肉片數適量, 但滾完好D鞋, 而且肉本身無咩味.烏冬份量好少, 仲剪到斷晒, 所以有D好短, 烏冬唔爽口, 麻麻地.因為濃湯味唔太重, 食材本身又無咩味, 所以醬料有豉油同胡麻醬.飲品夠大杯, 解渴.後話: 食完返到屋企肚痌, 唔知係D野唔新鮮, 定D野淥唔熟.
