銅鑼灣又有新餐廳啦,這間餐廳其實係酒吧,但是吃潮州菜的,而且係由米芝蓮名廚主理,非常特別呀!這裡Lunch時間已經營業,所以今次就同同事黎試試!白鹵水餐,這裡的白鹵水是餐廳自家調製,而這個餐有鵝肝、醉乳鴿、菜和白飯,幾豐富!威士忌酒香鵝肝,鵝肝用上威士忌浸製,所以有淡淡的威士忌香味,口感好滑!而且亦配有酸脆蘿蔔,酸酸味味又夠脆口,夠哂開胃!花雕醉鴿,有半隻的醉乳鴿,乳鴿肉質嫩滑,有淡淡的花雕酒香,味道不錯!上湯時蔬,是上湯白菜仔,湯清甜,白菜仔亦好入味,不會很淡口!潮式炒米粉,這個Lunch set配上老火湯和飲品!米粉炒得好乾身,而且唔會好油,有蛋、蝦肉等材料,再有XO醬,微辣幾惹味!唐揚軟骨,初初以為係雞軟骨,原來係墨魚咀,炸得脆口,而且爽口彈牙,非常惹味,如果配上酒一齊應該會更正!話梅車厘茄,這個酸酸味味很惹味,而且車厘茄鮮甜多汁,那麼熱的天氣很適合吃!
