這間酒吧一直都有留意,覺得佢個名好正之外,內裡的裝修好有舊香港的特色,所以今晚相約友人黎到呢間酒吧飲下野傾下計!酒吧有除了有室內位置也有室外位置,估唔到平日晚上都會咁多人黎,而且都幾多外國人呢!室內「鬼佬涼茶」這個霓虹燈特別搶眼,吸引好多客人影相!酒吧的cocktail同埋野食都好創新,所以點了幾款試試。夠薑思樂冰($118),呢杯cocktail的外型和口感完全同思樂冰差唔多,只係個顏色是深粉紅色,味道好濃覆盆子味,都幾酸,由於用飲筒,所以都會飲到Vodka的苦味,但好特別!醉人紅豆冰($118),飲品完全跟平時飲的紅豆冰冇分別,一樣有奶同紅豆,飲落好香紅豆,酒味唔算好濃!白胡椒白味噌鮮枝竹煮紐西蘭鑽石蜆($138),估唔到酒吧都可以食到呢款菜式,味道是胡椒豬肚湯的味道,有香濃的胡椒味,所以有少少辣!蜆肉大粒而且脹卜卜,而且比平時食到的鮮甜!湯內還有枝竹、木耳和粉絲,非常惹味!石澳梅菜扣和牛臉頰配煎腸粉及煙肉炒椰菜仔($182),上菜用的盆跟梅菜扣肉差不多,不過扣肉變成了和牛臉頰,臉頰非常入味,肉質鬆軟,好香牛的味道!梅菜唔會好咸,甜甜的,同牛肉都好match!煎腸粉跟梅菜食又幾特別

石澳梅菜扣和牛臉頰配煎腸粉及煙肉炒椰菜仔($182),上菜用的盆跟梅菜扣肉差不多,不過扣肉變成了和牛臉頰,臉頰非常入味,肉質鬆軟,好香牛的味道!梅菜唔會好咸,甜甜的,同牛肉都好match!煎腸粉跟梅菜食又幾特別!唔知幾時開始愛上吃椰菜仔,中意佢果種苦味!由於用上煙肉炒,味道惹味!

XO醬燒無激素日本雞頸肉,西京式廖孖記腐乳烤肥鴨肝配溫泉蛋,三重縣越光米飯($192),個餸名好長,但是這款非常好食惹味!雞頸肉肉質嫩滑,鴨肝味道香濃。越光米真係第一次食,味道真係比平時更香,再配上溫泉蛋一齊食,飯更加香滑!

西班牙油炸鬼($98),其實就是平時吃到的玉桂卷,上面沾滿砂糖,炸得外脆內軟。還配有雲尼拿雪糕、檸蜜意大利芝士醬和榛子朱古力醬,多重口感,刺激味蕾!

冇諗過酒吧都能夠食到咁高質的食物,非常有驚喜!
