今晚同朋友去咗間好特別嘅餐廳,就係酒吧裡的潮州菜!同埋聽聞餐廳係由米芝蓮名廚主理,好期待。好多揀擇,估唔到lunch set 都幾掋。我哋嗌咗個二人套餐,每位$228,仲唔包嘢飲,唔平。先來碗明爐老火湯,好足料!酸蘿蔔開開胃滷水獅頭鵝肉份量大,鵝肉嫩滑入味,底下嘅豆腐都好滑溜。可惜唔係用白鹵水整,下次要試下佢哋自家調製嘅白鹵水!威士忌酒香鵝肝賣相滿足,睇住個波爆破,散發著濃濃嘅威士忌酒味。但係鵝肝嘅味有啲淡,都係覺得香煎會好食啲。脆炸拼盤配黑松露醬有返啲酒吧味道,有炸薯條、炸蝦同炸芋頭,配上黑松露醬真係滋味無比!其實食到呢度都飽飽地,食埋個潮式炒米粉同上湯時菜真係極飽!
