友人Y約晚飯兼吹水, 約了在太子地鐵附近的K square 5. 時間尚早, 餐廳內甚少食客. 這裡的佈置其實是餐廳和酒吧的混合體, 坐位也見舒服, 加上背景的輕音樂, 不太吵, 吹水不俗.這裡除了有酒飲外, 原來最近推出了二人餐 ($688), 份量也不少, 有餐湯, 頭盆, 主菜, 甜品和酒, 一於點來試試.打頭陣的是西蘭花忌廉湯, 湯呈淺綠色, 夠熱, 也很杰身, 內有西蘭花碎, 不過草青味不濃烈.頭盤有三個:火腿芝士凍盤: 有兩種芝士和巴馬火腿. 巴馬火腿鹹香味一般; 而羊奶芝士的味道頗羶, 個人不太欣賞.煙三文魚凱撒沙律: 沙律醬微酸,凱撒沙律內有煙肉, 餅乾碎和煙三文魚. 沙律菜上下了不少芝士粉, 味道偏鹹; 煙三文魚則一般嫩滑.黑松露牛油帶子: 帶子肉大隻, 嫩滑, 加上頂層的黑松露芳香撲鼻, 但可惜不夠熱.主菜:安格斯牛扒配芝士焗龍蝦龍蝦頗大隻, 足足有半隻大小, 不過可惜龍蝦沒甚味道.安格斯牛扒有12安士重, 牛味不俗, 又不會很韌; 加上熱辣香脆的薯角, 很飽肚.香煎石斑配鵝肝意大利飯: 石斑的味道, 令我想起久違了的雀目牌魚手指, 魚肉味道偏淡, 不過煎後味道也
