To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太座有贈卷，為了不浪費，特意過港島嘆酒店下午荼自助餐，原本想法是下午菜應該都是些甜品、糕點和一些點心吧了。估不到還有粉麵，粥和沙律等。沙律的菜很新鮮，不是午餐剩下的，入口絕對清甜。值得推介的是粉麵檔，選料不多但師傅會按你要求去做，我揀了豬皮，冬菇，牛丸，豆卜和牙菜配上銀針粉，湯底選了雞湯，份量樣樣小小，入口豬皮夠爽粉夠淋，牛丸彈牙，湯底清甜，一流。甜品也很出色，仲有朱古力噴泉，真不錯，留肚食一徊這樣的下午茶，可頂上午餐和晚餐了。
