好朋友請我到這裡慶祝生日,開心極!第一件事要講的是她點了我最愛的白蓮蓉壽包!熱騰騰的,白蓮蓉清甜而不膩,半打也吃得下。當然這個是飯後甜品。聞說這中菜廳的茗菜很出色,所謂水滾茶靚,這裡正是如此。坐下來已經聞到一陣茶香。朋友早已悉心安排菜式,先來一盅蟹肉蛋白燕窩羹!嘩!用料足,好多燕窩,真的好好味;接著竟然是鵝掌扣鮑魚,一人一份,好精緻,鮑魚味濃,味覺頓時昇華到極點;還有精緻點心拼盤(小籠包、素餃和黑豚肉酥)、豉油王煎石斑魚塊,以及辣椒葉牛肉碎蛋白湯,朋友說這裡的豉油王菜式很有名,我不得不認同,因為那碟石斑魚塊一端上來,陣陣的香煎豉油味已經是撲鼻而來,石斑魚塊新鮮不在話下,豉油香而不濃;至於辣椒葉蛋白湯較清淡,加上辣椒葉有豐富纖維,多吃無妨。酒店中菜的水準,果然非一般。
